How Humans Get To Celilo

There is one way for humans to get to Celilo. There is a dragon named Zephr who is immortal and flies through space and time. Every few years, he flies past the moon and the Earth. Any humans near enough to space or on the moon are literally drawn to Zephr who then, on his ever-lasting route, goes to Celilo.(Occasionally he takes a smaller earthly form to search for humans) It takes only a few hours because he flies faster than light, and then he (after flying around Celilo for a few minutes) takes off somewhere in space before heading back to Earth. Some humans die on the trip, while others die quickly on the planet. If you are lucky enough to spot a human, consider it a rare sight.
